Tri-Talent are thrilled to partner with the most luxurious beauty & cosmetics business who are looking for a Senior Demand Planning Manager to develop the function and grow into "Head of" rapidly! Our client is a high-quality cosmetic, skincare & fragrance brand with a great focus on sustainability and luxury, as well as the prices that will shock you. This role will report to Supply Chain & Operations Director - you will be working across various teams including Supply Planning, Supplier Relationship Management, Quality, Logistics & Fulfilment, Systems & Master Data. You'll manage their full SKU portfolio in new planning system and lead the global S&OP process, as well as apply best forecasting methodologies to create a strong demand plan. Duties:
Liaising directly with key stakeholders in this space (SC Director, COO, CFO and Marketing Director) - managing senior stakeholders
Ongoing development of S&OP processes from "good to great"
Overseeing NPD and EPD to improve forecasting - managing constant new product launches
Working with approximately 500 products (750+ SKUs)
Statistical forecasting piece - collaboration with Data science team to look at seasonal trends to help compiling and analysing the data
Supporting with ongoing system implementation/ continuous improvement
Experience:
Strong experience in demand planning management (5 years +) in a start-up business or a blue-chip complex matrix business (OR BOTH would be ideal)
Beauty/Cosmetics industry is perfect - would consider FMCG/pharma
D2C background across start-up and big brands - knowing how to implement processes, as well as good knowledge of established matrix
A drive for growth and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Management experience, senior leader with level of gravitas
Advanced Excel (ideal tableau/power BI), Anaplan knowledge is desirable - analytical mindset is the key
Hands-on driven and ambitious character with a constant desire to evolve, deliver results and bring an impeccable value
