Tri-Talent Resourcing, is a niche boutique recruitment business, specialising in sourcing and delivering to candidates and clients across  
Finance, HR and Procurement functions. 
 
Our business manages expectations to its captive audience and provides an insightful and diligent experience across all of its areas of expertise.

Stephen Bruton 
Director 
Steve has over 18 years’ executive search and recruitment experience across finance, HR, and procurement. In his early career, Steve was part of an established leading UK & International finance recruitment company where he held a number of management positions. 
 
Stephen regularly delivers complex searches. He maintains and enjoys a ‘hands on’ flexible approach with respect to business development, client and candidate relationship management and overall project management. He has successfully managed his own boutique executive search business. 
 
Steve has built an enviable network of contacts across Finance, HR & Procurement, he is innovative in his approach and will always strive to exceed expectations. 
 
Stephen is accountable for our Finance, HR and Procurement function with clients. 
 
Outside of work, Steve is an avid sponsor of Grassroots football – Gareth Southgate watch out!!!

Tracey Ellis 
Associate Director 
Tracey has in excess of twenty years’ experience of recruiting within the finance and systems sectors. She began her career at a Global Plc working her way to Director level where she had responsibility for the appointment of Finance professionals to board level. 
 
She has worked closely with a range of high profile, blue chip companies SME’s and public sector organisations to support them in their recruitment drives. She has managed contingent and retained campaigns for finance directors, financial controllers, heads of department, project managers and systems specialists including Agresso Business World, SAP and Oracle. 
 
Tracey is passionate about partnering with her clients to deliver an exceptional service which will add value to the business. She uses a number of sourcing channels to provide high calibre professionals to support company growth, change & transformation projects and reorganisations. 
 
When she is not at work Tracey enjoys cooking, going to the gym, travel and rock choir, as well as spending time with her family. 
 
She supports St Thomas More Secondary School on the PTA.

John Mahy 
Director 
Having studied Business Law at University, John embarked on an early sales career and soon realised that his talents were best placed advertising people and not directories and he moved into recruitment joining London recruitment group. This is where he met Stephen Bruton where they forged a long and fruitful partnership with their clients. 
 
After 6 years building part and qualified desks, home called and he relocated back to Bath. After 2 short spells with local recruiters he joined another independent and developed their financial recruitment marketplace. Then, in 2007, thinking they could do things in a more professional manner, he built up a Finance Recruitment business in the West Country Zen Consulting. 
 
Still living in Bath (but travelling a lot), John is a fan of most sport and plays, including hockey, football, squash, tennis and badminton as well as a keen interest in local food and events

Marie Kitchin 
Researcher 
Marie has vast experience in business development both B2B and B2C environments and forging valuable relationships, previously in the commercial and financial sectors. Having spent many years creating new partnerships in Central London and the south she has a taste for seeking out high quality contacts, making for an avid researcher now at Tri-Talent! 
 
Marie enjoys making contacts and understanding the needs of both clients and candidates, she is passionate about customer service and providing the highest quality possible. 
 
After a period out of the working world to bring up her young family, Marie has resumed working with added vigour and is keen to assist with growth of the Tri-talent brand. As well as a love of travel, Marie enjoys a challenge (as does anyone with 3 young children!) and is a regular at the gym and books in an annual challenge such as the Brutal series of events. This makes it easier to enjoy all of the wonderful local food in Hampshire, and the family’s regular getaways to Cornwall.
