In his early career, Stephen made significant contributions to a leading UK and international finance recruitment company, where he held several management positions. These roles allowed him to develop a deep understanding of the complexities and unique requirements within a CFO Practice. 
 
Stephen's commitment to delivering exceptional results is evident in his approach to complex searches. He maintains a hands-on and flexible methodology, ensuring that every aspect of the business development process, client and candidate relationship management, and overall project coordination are meticulously executed. His dedication to providing a personalised experience sets him apart in the executive search field. 
 
Building upon his vast experience, Stephen successfully established Tri Talent Resourcing own recruitment & executive search business, where he continues to excel in connecting clients with the most qualified and talented professionals. His ability to cultivate an extensive network of contacts across finance, supply chain, and procurement is a testament to his innovative and resourceful approach.

John Mahy 
Head of Delivery 
John is a highly accomplished recruitment professional known for his exceptional delivery on assignments within the realms of finance, procurement, and supply chain at Tri Talent Resourcing. With a solid foundation in Business Law, John began his career in sales but quickly recognised that his true talents lay in advertising and people-oriented roles. This realisation led him to transition into the recruitment field, where he joined a prominent London recruitment group and crossed paths with Stephen Bruton, forging a long and fruitful partnership with their clients. 
 
Over a span of six years, John focused on building and nurturing client relationships while also developing expertise in qualified desks within the recruitment industry. Eventually, he felt the pull to return home and relocated to Bath. After brief stints with local recruiters, John joined another independent firm where he played a pivotal role in developing their financial recruitment marketplace. 
 
Despite his extensive travels, John remains rooted in Bath, maintaining a deep connection with the local community. Alongside his professional pursuits, he is an avid sports enthusiast, actively participating in hockey, football, squash, tennis, and badminton. He also takes a keen interest in supporting local food and events, demonstrating his commitment to engaging with and contributing to the vibrant fabric of his surroundings.
