Over a span of six years, John focused on building and nurturing client relationships while also developing expertise in qualified desks within the recruitment industry. Eventually, he felt the pull to return home and relocated to Bath. After brief stints with local recruiters, John joined another independent firm where he played a pivotal role in developing their financial recruitment marketplace. 
 
Despite his extensive travels, John remains rooted in Bath, maintaining a deep connection with the local community. Alongside his professional pursuits, he is an avid sports enthusiast, actively participating in hockey, football, squash, tennis, and badminton.
