HEAD OF FP&A  

This is a multisite service-based business experiencing a whole range of positive change. The Senior FP&A Manager will support the Director of Financial Control and other stakeholders. They will provide high quality reporting, analysis and insights supporting the regional businesses and wider Group to help drive growth and efficiency along with leading an efficient planning process. 
Responsibilities 
Building strong relationships with stakeholders in Operations & Finance. Act as a trusted business partner for the Finance Director around FP&A. 
Ensuring monthly/quarterly management reporting are designed and delivered globally to support the leadership teams with understand business performance. 
Lead and develop a team of FP&A Analysts - (in a combination of direct & dotted line reporting). 
Producing other analysis and insights on the performance of the business that supports the business achieve its goals and promotes discussion on driving future growth within the business. 
Providing other key stakeholders with the necessary reporting and analysis, both forward and backward looking, to support both internal and external reporting requirements (e.g., Board, analysts, investors). 
Producing cost analysis identifying opportunities for optimising costs. 
Defining and implementing relevant KPIs, using both internal and external data that supports the business goals 
Leading & coordinating globally the budget and forecast process for Page Outsourcing, working with the business to ensure accurate and timely submissions. Preparation of Business Plans. 
Providing analysis of budgets and forecasts and how this aligns to the longer-term business goals. 
Supporting the preparation of ROI calculations and business cases as necessary. 
Leading elements within the FP&A workstreams, driving towards Core Reporting; Analysis and Insights; and business Change. 
 
The Successful Applicant 
The successful candidate will be qualified (ACA, CIMA, ACCA) with strong financial modelling experience alongside working within a corporate business previously, ideally a business with multiple regions or countries. You will have a proven track record of influencing internal stakeholders alongside direct management of an FP&A team.

£110K-£130K (Plus Bonus & Benefits)
