EMEA FINANCE DIRECTOR 

This is a fantastic broad opening for an inquisitive candidate to make a strong footprint within this US Listed Service Business. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the financial management of the EMEA region on a large customer retail account. 
You will be responsible for developing high quality and effective Client relationships across all sub-regions including regional finance teams. Building strong working relationships with key stakeholders, Global Finance Director, and the Managing Director of a large business unit. 
 
It is important to being a strategic partner to both. Responsibilities include assisting with requests including Client audit requirements in a timely and accurate manner through effective communication and personal accessibility/credibility. 
Drive high quality financial / commercial performance through understanding the contractual commitments on service lines and ensure alignment with corporate policies. 
 
You will be responsible for Identifying and help drive implementation of savings opportunities. Liaise with all relevant Finance stakeholders Communicate regularly with Account finance and contract support staff to ensure they are fully informed of operational objectives, best practice and key business messages. 
 
Identify, analyse and resolve potential business risks, as well as opportunities and solutions to enhance business performance; Provide strategic ad-hoc support, influence and manage any financial analysis as required; manage the accuracy and integrity of accounting records and financial systems, identify opportunities to enhance system efficiencies. 
 
Tightly manage contract governance, demonstrating an in-depth knowledge of the terms and conditions of the contract to ensure that all cost elements are appropriately accounted for. 
 
Build, lead and motivate a diverse and effective team empowering team members to take responsibility and accountability. Agree and monitor annual performance of individuals in the team in line with Client and Company objectives 
You should be a Qualified Accountant with exceptional leadership skills with strong excel and business partnering accountability background 
 
Qualifications 
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field 
• 5+ years' of experience in finance or accounting 
• Strong communication and analytical skills
